Tuesday Nov 11 — Drop In
Arrive and settle in
Beachfront Dinner
Playa Rosa Restaurant, 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm
As many will be arriving at different times through the evening, dinner will be casual and al a carte off the menu upon arrival.
There is no set cost associated with this event. Please register so we have an idea of numbers.
Wednesday Nov 12 — Runway
During the day, get some sun, get in the ocean, book a massage.
Wednesday Afternoon: Sound + Sunset
3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Sound journey at La Copa del Sol: part sculpture, part spiritual speaker box set on a cliff overlooking the ocean.
Wednesday Dinner: Casa de Nada
7:00 pm to 12:00 am
Private multi-course dinner set on a beach bluff of Playa Teopa with bonfire and music.
THURSDAY TO SUNDAY: THE WEDDING
Thursday Nov 13 — Takeoff
Daytime is for beach, rest, or a little exploration.
Welcome Dinner
Lilo Beach Club, 6:00 pm
Sunset drinks and beach dinner to welcome the newcomers and the weekend.
Wear: Resort wear. Portions of the restaurant are in the sand.
Friday Nov 14 — New Heights
Breakfast and lunch on your own terms and a day to relax.
Wedding Celebration
Ceremony will begin at 5:00 and transition into dinner and a big night.
Ceremony & Dinner: Beach Formal
Light, elegant, and made to move. Flowing fabrics, attire that works with a sea breeze. Lightweight linen or cotton suits, shirts with tailored trousers. Jackets optional, ties unnecessary.
Footwear: You’ll be walking in and out of sand throughout the day and night, so barefoot is totally acceptable as are sand-friendly shoes. We’ll have a place to check your shoes upon arrival.
Late Night: Until Sunrise
Stay in your wedding look or slip into something with a little more movement. Silky, slinky, sets, unbuttoned, nighttime beach chic. Loose, fun, comfortable. No need to change unless you want to, but if a costume change feels right you’ll have a place to change and safely store your outfits at the venue.
Note: bring layers. You might be hot dancing, or the temperature could drop a bit in the late night hours. You will not have to carry your clothes around with you, there will be a safe ‘clothing check’ to access.
Saturday Nov 15 — Soft Landing
Late brunch and pool party to recover (…or continue) from the night before. Begins at 2:00 pm, flows into the evening.
Saturday Recovery: Pajama Pool Party
Roll out of bed and into the sunshine. It’s exactly what it sounds like: PJ sets, robes, slippers, slips, kaftans — and of course bathing suits. Comfort is critical. A little drama is welcome.
